Yes, we even welcome large pets on approval of manager. Those with pets are required to pay a $300 pet fee. The pet rent for cats or dogs is $10/month.

2. Do you have washer and dryer connections?

No, but we do have 2 clothing care centers.

3. What utilities are included in the rent?

Sewer and trash are included. There is a flat water fee for each apartment.

4. What school district is Walker Springs in?

Elementary: Cedar Bluff/West Hills
Middle: Bearden
High: Bearden

5. What do I do if I need emergency maintenance service?

Call the office number 865-693-7470 and press 0 to reach the answering service. They will page the on-call maintenance.

6. Does your community have good highway access?

Yes! We are located within minutes of I-40, Kingston Pike, and Middlebrook Pike.
